AI agents call your member list
about tickets, dues and events.

A call, a voicemail in your director's own voice, then a text to everyone who didn't answer — and one plain list each morning of who's coming and who needs the office.

  • Your director's own voice
  • A text if they do not answer
  • One daily list in plain English

458

members had a real conversation with us on one High Holiday campaign — about a quarter of everyone we called

966

heard a voicemail in their own director's voice, recorded once, not a computer voice

115+

members wrote back by text on the first day of an event invitation — most of them had not answered the phone

Answering the phone, on film

Watch the office phone get answered
at nine on a Sunday night.

Three minutes: an agent gets built from your own website, taught your service times and who to put people through to, then answers a real call and takes a message the office can act on in the morning.

The short answer

This is a member calling service for synagogues. We clean your list, call everyone about High Holiday tickets, seders, dues or an event, leave a voicemail in your director's own recorded voice, and send a text to everyone who did not answer. On a recent campaign of about 1,930 members, 458 people spoke with us and 966 heard the director's voicemail. It runs on our $60/month plan.

Illustrative call

What the workflow
can sound like.

Fictional example: A member who never opened the High Holiday email picks up on a Tuesday evening.

AutoCallFlow agent

Hello, I'm calling from the synagogue office about High Holiday seating. Is now a good time?

Caller

Yes, fine. I think I saw an email about it.

AutoCallFlow agent

We just wanted to make sure you have your seats. Would you like me to write you down and send you the link by text?

Caller

Yes please. And my daughter is coming this year as well.

AutoCallFlow agent

I'll put down two and let the office know so they can confirm with you. Sending the link now — if you reply to that text, someone from the office will see it.

Caller

Wonderful, thank you.

Two seats noted · Link sent by text · Office to confirm

Outbound campaigns

Three campaigns
synagogues run each year.

Email reaches everyone and talks to nobody. These call the list, leave your director's voicemail, text the people who did not answer, and hand the office a short list of what needs a person.

01

You send the list

We clean it before we call anyone. Staff, businesses, duplicates and anyone who asked not to be contacted come out first. One list of about 2,020 contacts became about 1,930 real members.

02

You read the script and approve it

You see exactly what will be said before a single call goes out. If the call ever drifts from it, the whole campaign stops by itself.

03

We call, leave the voicemail, then text

Whoever answers has their questions handled there and then. Everyone else gets your director's voicemail and a text with your sign-up link.

04

You get the daily list

Coming, maybe, needs the office, moved away, belongs to another shul, asked to be removed. Anyone who asks to come off the list is removed that day.

High Holiday tickets and dinners

The one where a member you never reached is a seat you never filled. We call everyone about seats and the dinner, write down what each person wants, and tell the office who to confirm.

  • One call can cover the paid dinner and the free service — two calls in one week irritates people
  • We text your sign-up link. We never take anyone's money
  • When a member calls back, we answer. It does not go to voicemail

Seders, Hanukkah and community events

Events with real numbers and a real deadline. Start about two weeks out. We learned that the hard way — members called two days before had already made other plans.

  • Headcounts come back by phone and by text
  • A member who says "not this year" is written down, not asked again
  • Families can reply to the text and your office picks it up

Membership renewal and dues

A phone call from the office, not a collection notice. The most useful thing it finds is not who pays — it is who is quietly struggling and has not said so.

  • If a member says they cannot manage it, we stop asking about dues — for good, not just that call
  • They keep getting invited to everything. Only the dues question stops
  • We offer them a quiet word with your director, by name

We do the work, not you: we clean the list, write the script with you, listen to every call, and send the daily list. You approve what gets said.

What it does

A call, a voicemail, then a text
for every member on your list.

Members can actually talk back

They can ask what time it starts, say they already have seats, or mention they have moved away. They get an answer. It is a conversation, not a recording that talks at them and hangs up.

Your director's voice on the voicemail

She records one short message. Everyone who does not answer hears her, not a stranger and not a computer. On the High Holiday campaign that was 966 members, and it is the part people mention.

A text right after the voicemail

Most members answer by text instead of calling back. The call and the text are the same conversation, so nobody has to explain themselves twice.

Your office can join the conversation

When a member needs a person, your staff reply in the same thread, from the synagogue's own number. To the member it is one conversation with their shul.

You find out who is really still a member

Lists collect people who left years ago, gave once, or joined a shul closer to home. We sort them for you: coming, maybe, moved away, belongs somewhere else now, asked not to be called.

A list you can work through on Monday

Plain English, every day, with the handful of things the office actually needs to do. On the High Holiday campaign that was 81 items, and we checked every one against the real recording before it reached her.

Works with the tools you already run on.

Export your list from ShulCloud, ShulSuite or Rakefet and send it over. Members sign up through your own link — nothing in your system changes.

We claim no live sync with any of these. Ask and we will tell you plainly what connects and what does not. Systems commonly used by synagogues & congregations: ShulCloud · ShulSuite · Rakefet · A spreadsheet is fine too. Exact read/write scope is confirmed during onboarding.

Let us build your agent
— we'll contact you.

How it works

Running before
your next event.

01

Send us your member list

Whatever you already export — ShulCloud, ShulSuite, Rakefet or a spreadsheet. We clean it and tell you what we took out and why, before anything happens.

02

Your director records one voicemail

About thirty seconds, in her own voice. You read the script and approve it. Nothing is called until you say so.

03

We call, you read the list

Calls go out only in the hours you choose. Each day you get the list, and your office answers members in the same conversation from your own number.

Questions & answers

Asked before
you buy anything.

They were not. On a recent High Holiday campaign members chatted with us, several said thank you, and 155 of them called back to carry on the conversation. It helps that this is their own shul calling about something they care about, rather than a stranger selling something. Anyone who asks not to be called is taken off the list that day.
